Ingredients

  • 3 Whole Eggs
  • 0.25 Cups Milk
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 Pinch Parsley

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs well
  2. Add salt, pepper and milk
  3. Stir over low heat until thick
  4. Remove from heat and add parsley
  5. Put on hot toast and enjoy
