Ham and Chive Quiches
3 Whole Eggs
300 Millilitres Cream (thickened)
0.5 Cups Swiss Cheese
100 Grams Ham
0.25 Cups Chives
3 Sheets Shortcrust Pastry
Lightly grease 2 x 12-hole tartlet pans.
Cut out 8 rounds from each sheet of pastry using a 5.5cm fluted cutter. Place rounds in tartlet pans.
Divide ham amount pastry cases. Combine eggs, cream and chives in a jug. Pour mixture into pastry cases. Sprinkle tops with cheese.
Cook in a moderate oven 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve quiches warm.
