  • 120 Millilitres Cream (thickened)
  • 250 Grams Chorizo
  • 400 Grams Tinned Tomatoes
  • 1 Whole Onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 250 Grams Penne


  1. Boil a large, salted saucepan of water for. Put the pasta in & cook according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, roughly slice the chorizo and dice the onion.
  3. In a frying pan over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and chorizo and fry it until it starts to get crispy (around 8 minutes).
  4. Add the onion and cook it until it's softened (about 4 minutes).
  5. Stir in the garlic, tomatoes, and cream. Let the sauce simmer for another 5 minutes, or until the sauce is reduced to your liking. Season with salt & pepper.
  6. Combine with the pasta and serve.
