Ingredients

  • 425 Grams Tuna
  • 2 Whole Tomato
  • 1 Whole Cucumber
  • 0.5 Whole Red Onion
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic
  • 0.25 Teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 Cups Olive Oil
  • 2 Whole Avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley
  • 400 Grams Chickpeas

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley, minced garlic and salt in a jug or jar.
  2. Drain the and place in a serving bowl.
  3. Cut the Tomatoes, cucumber, red onion & avocados and put into the bowl with the chickpeas.
  4. Mix in the salad dressing & serve.
